My experience with VoiceThread
I wrote this quick review for an interview:
VoiceThread is a great multipurpose web program. It can serve a variety of ages and so many curriculum areas, such as: personal narrative stories, oral histories, discussions or debates on certain topics, assessment tools for modern language learners, art critiques, demonstration of a science experiment, a pre-writing novel activity, family interviews, reflections of field trips, book reviews, and so much more.
