sorry it took me so long to respond to your message and friend request! OUr school year ended adn things got a bit manic!!
I love my eduactor classroom account. I think it gives the kids much more flexibility and independence! Am changing school in our new school year, so setting it up and getting started with new kids should be fun!

I actually just started to think about how I wanted to set things up and people started joining months ago and I've never really planned out the best way to get people into good groups and to collect and share their thoughts! - Hi I'm an educator and ICT facilitator currently working alongside students who are blind and visually impaired and their families. Have began using Voicethread as a collaborative assessment tool and as a tool for catching and creating exemplars of good practice within our field. I work within a national school so the potential of Voicethread is pretty amazing. Feel like I'm only scratching the surface. Have made about 15 to 20 VTs so far, mostly using video clips rather than stills. Interested to find out if there are colleagues in your neck of the woods exploring the same areas.
