I have three media arts classes posting their work on Voicethread and love the applications, but... would like to somehow arrange their postings into TAGS and CLASSES, maybe even units. Currently when I open my voicethread students work...

I think if you go to the "share" page, there is an option to create a group in your address book. There, you can add students to individual groups if you'd like. I'm not sure if this answers your question. I've tried it, and it works.
