Hi Tina,
it would be very nice, if you could take time to email me in German
evelyn@evifrank.de
I would like to get to know more about the pricing as also on ideas how to use it with a class. As you could see in my voicethread we started this schoolyear with a class that is using netbooks for their lessons beside the normal books and we have to think about what all they could do with it.
There are 18 kids aged 12.
I think it would be nice to do a voicethread in basic English and to get comments back, so they would become more motivated to learn that language.
Otherhand I did also mailprojects some years before. Maybe we could talk about this too? I also have elder students (aged 13 - 16).
looking forward to hearing from you again.
best wishes
Evi
Hi Tina,
I am looking forward to hearing from you. How old are your students? How many do you teach? Are you already involved in a project with a foreign schoolclass? Did you already use Voicethread for it? What is a ed.voicethread.com account? Do you pay for it?
you can send also mail to evelyn@evifrank.de for to answer my questions
best regards
Evelyn Frank
Hi Tina,
Nice to meet another German teacher. I teach high school students who are between 15 and 17 years old.
I wish you a happy New Year.

Hi Tina - I teach beginning French and have done exactly 1 very basic VoiceThread project with my students, however, it happened to be (according to them) one of the most fun activities they have done so far. I am really interested to hear about or collaborate on new ideas for using VoiceThread with beginning language learners.
Tina, NO problem, I need a push. Too many other things I'm trying to do all at once! Thanks again, I greatly appreciate it. I think I need to close Plurk and focus more here.
I was just thinking about starting groups for the big areas, then foreign language and others. A collaborative group would be great! Plus, maybe a Global Connective group for teachers looking to connect with other classes. I wasn't sure if I wanted to go that way or groups by grade, but I think we need to get some out there and then I may post them at the top so people can join in right when they arrive.
Thanks for the help Tina.
Thanks Tina, sounds like a great idea, I was playing with this Ning and wanted to start a group, then realized I left it open and people started joining! I will try to get back in and play with it. I want to make it easier to come in and join conversations and display VT's as well. Have to think how to make this look better. Any suggestions are welcome.

I teach health to high school students. I have an Ed.voicethread account as well. I have made a couple of VT's.
Hope to learn from you.
